Down The Lane is a campaign to design the old, abandoned alleyways into magical escapes. The goal is to make the alleyways aesthetically interesting to encourage commuters to use them to get to their desired places.
The idea was inspired by Alice in Wonderland’s “down the rabbit hole” concept, thus the branding’s motif is a white rabbit wandering about as you walk down the lanes.
There would be murals covering the laneway walls in teal and white, roofs of colourful paper lanterns hanging from above to relax the consumer’s eyes, and have intricate patterns painted throughout to create something out of the ordinary.
All of this research, information, and ideas are compiled into an A3 40-page manifesto.
