Chums is a sub-brand under dating website Match.com, where the aim is to create friendships between dog owners aged 25 to 40, who have
been out of the loop socially and don’t have the time to go out.
Collateral within the brief includes logo and branding, 80-page print manifesto, print “greeting card” brochure, business cards, website, and smartphone app.
Because walking your dog is crucial to its health, this is an opportunity for dog owners to meet new people as well as bringing their dog out for a walk. This also allows the dogs to socialise with other dogs so they know that they know their world isn’t just restricted to their backyard.
The branding is very colourful, dynamic, and full of personality, to the extent where you don’t even need to see the logo on a printed piece to know it is Chums.
