Lalaland commissioned myself and a few other artists to create a series of adult colouring books.
The brief was to create a series of line drawings that were ocean and sea themed, and have lots of beautiful and detailed drawings of sea life. This was a very fun and exciting project for me,
as I had full reign of what scenery to do and how each page would come together as a story.
The books were printed by Whirlwind and distrubuted across Australia in hundreds of stores such as Dymocks, Monster Threads, and Opus.

Client: D. By. C
A body of illustration work for D. By. C, an online fashion company who supports up and coming Chinese designers.
The brief has asked for a bamboo pattern that reflects the Chinese aesthetic and heritage of the brand, plus four illustrative card designs that incorporate pieces from their collection. These illustrations are used in their marketing and branding collateral for invitations, string bags, and flyer cards for their launch night.

Client: Adrian Richardson, Director of Authention
Working under the direction of Graham Rendoth, the creative director of Reno Design, I assisted in the design and branding of Authention.
Authention is a leadership 'mindful mentoring' program for corporate businesses, which assists in navigating change on the individual and group level. Individual and corporate programs share practical skills to facilitate participants moving forward with a calm mind and clear strategy.
The magenta colour palette is eye catching and fresh, and it brings an edge to the corporate identity. The sans serif logo emphasises that freshness, it brings a modern look and feel that compliments the vibrant palette.

iFly approached me with a brief for a tshirt illustration that will be used for children and women's shirts. They wanted a fun, cute, playful design that reflects on the idea of "flight" or "hover", as iFly is an indoor skydiving venue for all ages.
After sketching a few ideas for them, they love the idea of an owl with iFly goggles, perched on branch with hot air balloons behind it.
On 26 August 2015, the shirts were featured on The Bachelor Australia on Channel 10. The screen caps are from Episode 9, Season 3.
The tshirts are now available at the iFly site, which you can purchase at their giftware shop.
Bombisha is a project that is founded on the love of Yerba Mate tea, a plant medicine that is from South America. Bombisha aims to promote health, sustainability, and create community through the tea.
The brief asks for a pattern to be applied through branding and packaging, colour palette, and packaging labels to be stuck on recycled paper ziplock bags.
The labels are for five flavours; Solar Flare, Dragon Fly, Abundance, Outback, and Pure Leaf.
The design was inspired by Shipibo tribal patterns and mandalas, which reflects back on the nativity of the Yerba Mate plant. It also creates an earthy and raw feel, which promotes sustainability and recycling.

Bloom is a 3 minute movie project made with 4 other friends. I created the opening title sequence, as well as an A3 poster, DVD and packaging.
The film is about a young girl who is trying to overcome her mother’s death and fear of water. This is a story about growing up, overcoming the past, and looking forward to the future.
The poster features the protagonist when she was 5, along with the teddy bear that accompanied her. Though the movie is done by real actors, the branding and title sequence uses illustrations to reflect on the girl’s innocence.
The title sequence shows the day she got her teddy bear through a Viewmaster, which is what the DVD and packaging is inspired from.
